Step-by-step instructions to set up an Online Exhibition
Note: the terms Online Exhibition and Portfolio are used intercahngeably.

Step 1: assigning an Online Exhibition to a Contact

1. Login to the ABOD.
   
2. Click Contacts and select the Contact.
   
3. Select the Add a Portfolio button (top right) and complete the form (see screenshot). Note: the Caption is what appears clickable for the user.
   
4. Note: a Contact can have a number of Online exhibitions assigned.
   

Step 2: assigning an Artwork to an Online Exhibition

1. Go to the Artworks module.
   
2. Location an artwork and scroll to the Portfolio section.
   
3. Select the Portfolio from the list and click Assign (see screenshot).
   
4. Assign as many artworks to a Portfolio as required.
   

When the Contact is logged-in they will see the Online Exhibitions assigned.
